The task to improve already good qulity does not mean stop when its good enought, it simply means make it better and with the realese of LuninuX OS 12.10 Quite Quail, you will see how much better it have been made. For a list of software that come with release please look in the live cd directory /usr/share/example-content. Some of the major changes are Opera as the default web browser with privacy plugins, Boxes for virtual machines, Open JDK and many more
November 5th, 2012· Great news! I have fix a few things with the previous release and now have a working beta 2 release. A few application are missing but overall the build works well for daily use, the boot animation has been fix, auto login for live session now work with 10 seconds auto load for the user “luninux”, internet connection, and many drivers have been added, more stable software selection, as always the installer is in the “Examples” folder on the desktop and the sideshow has been partially updated. Please download this release a soon as possible, I ensure you that you will love it.
