  • In 11.10.2008 animesoft has begun the project with its first release ONE and in the following year of 2009 we had shipped for free for the world the livedvd medium of the second release CHU that consisted with two desktop environment like gnome+kde and had some nice review as well constructive feedbacks that helped us grow more and more…
  • Now, our new team wanted to celebrate the 7 years of Animesoft International, releasing the ReleaseCandidate of a new CHU that has Cinnamon+Gnome as desktop and filled with most recent KODI media centre, Skype, Google Apps, OpenOffice, Mozilla Apps, Wine, Codecs and multimedia editors installed out-of-the-box just for you!

New in Linux Mangaka Mou (Sep 20, 2015)

  • Today the whole Animesoft team are proud to be able to announce the final stage of MOU witch is based on ubuntu with the lightweight MATE desktop containing APPLE (R) and IBM (R) PowerPC 64Bit architecture scripts. As any other MANGAKA release (except ONE) you will be able to run on any 64bit PC and enjoy a out-of-box fast and complete LINUX for Anime&Manga multimedia viewing and editing purpose.

New in Linux Mangaka Koe (Aug 17, 2015)

  • After the success releasing NYU with a lot of passion, we decided to start creating KOE witch reached the final stage yesterday!
  • KOE is based on Kubuntu 14.04 with vanilla KDE 4.13.3 core libs containing manga drawing, viewing, anime playback and as well subtitle programs out-of-the-box. We beg for your patience at booting, the system has not a boot-logo (to look more intuitive with the KDE desktop) but positively it ship some customization to fit the way as a complete beautiful Operating System made just for you!

New in Linux Mangaka Nyu (Jun 22, 2015)

  • After a month of development containing the last 64bit Linux image, various bug-fix and software implementation, we reached the final stage of our 2gb DVD of LINUX MANGAKA NYU in a focus of a real multimedia Linux distribution with almost needed contents for our Anime & Manga community in customization, tools, beauty, simplicity, free, lightweight. We made some graphical changes as well to look more professional and eye-caring. Feel free to try it using a LiveDVD or USB-Storage!

New in Linux Mangaka 1.0 (Jun 16, 2009)

  • Well people, this time was only god and me working to release the Final edition with amount of bug fix and more software witch wasn’t in the beta edition.
  • It was added more design (wallpaper, logon), an upgrade to all packages, added some software like as comix, pysol, youtranslator, hipo, keytouch, keyboard layout selector… and an support for Japanese for those who is going to visit Japanese websites and has some files named on that language too.
