Note:
· The new "back-forward" button is only suitable on navigation toolbar. Using it on a different toolbar could mess up its appearance.

· -> only visible on Firefox 19+, if "classic download window" option is disabled
· (change FF) removed "old download button gui"-option (not needed anymore)
· -> select "Default" in new "download indicator"-option to get same effect
· (fix FF) download indicator height on large icon view was too small, if no other buttons are placed on navigation toolbar
