What's new in CacheViewer Continued 0.9.4:

· Fixes a bug whereby CVC caused Firefox to launch slowly (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=855336). The cache is now read for the first time once the interface is shown instead of when Firefox loads the add-on.

· Addresses a potential security concern of reviewer Kris Maglione
· Properly reloads the cache when the add-on is opened.
· Correctly gets the local file path more often (still not 100% for some unknown reason).

· Adds translations for da-DA, zh-CN, and zh-TW provided by Jørgen Rasmusse, Cye3s, and Chris Hsu (respectively).
· Adds the en-US string to all other locales as a place holder until actual translations can be added.
