Added three ways to load previews (check your settings!):
· All at once: when the results page loads, all previews are loaded; this is the old behavior, and currently the default
· When visible: previews are loaded as you scroll down the page
· Selectively: A "load preview" icon is placed where the "toggle text preview" button normally is; clicking this button loads only that preview

· In the last version, there was a bug that would occasionally cause previews to simply not appear after certain listings.

· This version fixes this bug; instead of stopping at the issue listing, that listing is marked as "not available", and the rest of the listings are processed as normal.
