· Fixed bug that inadvertently allowed the oversized search panel to be appear in the sidebar when the keyboard is used.

· Disabled the search panel for the sidebar version of the Add-ons Manager since it is, more often than not, too wide to fit in the sidebar.
· Also streamlined the layout of the panel selecting buttons.
