steamserverutil is a tool that allows you to:

1. easily install the Valve game servers
2. install mani admin plugin
3. manage and configure the servers
4. many more

steamserverutil is written in C++ and has no GUI (nevertheless it is very easy to use!), so you can also use it without a running X Server.
