python-otr 0.2

python-otr is a tool to bring off-the-record encryption to Python.

python-otr are mostly complete Python bindings for libotr, the Off-The-Record encryption for instant messaging, written in SWIG / C.

python-otr is a set of Python bindings for libotr (see the OTR website for more information). This gives developers the flexibility to implement OTR encryption for their python-based Instant Messaging clients. The gajim-otr branch has finally been merged into the official gajim-svn but will probably not be included in the upcoming 0.12 release because of it's instability.
