mmidentd 1.0

mmidentd is a simple configurable ident daemon that returns ident responses for NATed hosts.

TODO:

· extended configuration file (to set which users can override the default response using ~/.mmidentd)
· REAL config file ( as in: no more need to mess with $variables inside ./mmidentd)
· optimize
· rewrite in c

What's New in This Release:

· when things got really messy, some features, such as ~/.mmidentd were removed
· everything now logged to /var/log/mmidentd.access, exept errors.
· bugfixes
· more stable than ever
