    datapkg is a Python module that contains data packaging system and utilities.

    Installation:

    1. Install python

    2. Install the python setuptools package by downloading [ez_setup.py](...) and
       then running it: python ez_setup.py

    3. Install datapkg: easy_install datapkg

    4. Run: datapkg man
