Utils is a Java class that is required by Parameters.java.
Currently it only includes 1 static method which can return any number of spaces in the form of a string.
If you make any changes to my code I would ask that you send them in to me!
Don't be so high and mighty that your time is more valuable than mine. After all if your using my code obviously there is something in my code that you like better or just didn't want to write yourself.
