    Place a tcp_banner message on a given port

    TCP banner is an application that allows users to post a message onto a TCP socket, which is very useful when you have relocated an application.

    Example:
    tcp_banner localhost 9999 message

    Installation from source:
    tar xvfz tcp_banner-latest.tar.gz
    cd tcp_banner-
    ./configure
    make
    su (or sudo su)
    make install
