    SearchMonkey description

SearchMonkey project bridges the gap between Beagle and find/grep.

SearchMonkey project bridges the gap between Beagle (simple interface, large search net) and find/grep (powerful searching, small search net).

A fast real-time search engine for displaying regular expression matches (both file name and content) across multiple directories.

Written in Gtk2+ it is highly portable, and as well as running on Linux, ports are available on FreeBSD, or even Windows.

    Requirements:

    · Gtk 2.6.2

    What's New in This Release:

    · Only minor changes, but significantly improved stability, and fixes for a few minor annoyances (e.g. searching the root folder and using the regular expression wizard).
