RadSpool 0.22

RadSpool is a daemon that sits between NAS and RADACCT server and provide an automated spooling service of Accounting information should the server fail to respond. Helps reduce impact of temporary failure of single accounting server

· OpenSSL installed (with dev headers too)

What's New in This Release:

· FIX #1049854 - Automatic spool playback gets stuck. Bug now solved. This should now render radspool usable without having to periodically restart the process. The issue was caused by id's used for renumbering not being freed correctly. This is now fixed.
