Phonon Xine TNG 0.2.0

Phonon Xine TNG is an improved version of the Phonon-Xine backend as shipped with KDE 4.1. It's too late to get it in trunk with the freeze in place which is why it was released separately.

Difference to KDE 4.1 version:
· supports the use of more than one MediaObject in the same process
· when unused, frees the null ports to stop all wakeups (fixes http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=156215)
· not tested, except by me, so expect it to be less stable than the backend in trunk

Requirements:

· Phonon 4.1.83
· automoc4 0.9.83
· KDE 4.x

What's New in This Release:

· incorrectly failed assertion for the NullSink fixed
· make sure off_t has 64 bits
· when using cmake 2.6 require latest automoc, else device listing was broken
· remove useless OSS checkbox on config page
