Perl-cfd project is an alternate implementation of a cfengine server daemon. This implementation supports both v1.4 and v1.5 cfengine clients at the same time. It is also much more stable than the original cfd when run on high volume cfengine servers.
What's New in This Release:
· [Fixed] When copying symbolic links from a perl-cfd server clients would append a newline to the end of the symbolic link destination. Fixed by Andrew Flury.
· [Fixed] The config file required you to specify // instead of / if you wanted to export the entire filesystem. Noted by Pierre Blanchet.
