Kommander Dataform Creator 0.1

Kommander Dataform Creator is a database form creator. You need the current 1.3 version of Kommander and the database plugin.

This is the initial release of this tool. It creates true key indexed combo boxes using arrays and it can create numerous kinds of widgets. This is a quick start type tool that does all the heavy lifting, but you still need to do a little bit of finishing touches to get a final form.

I was so sleep deprived I'm sure there are some things not fully polished but if you let me know I'll update and release a version with fixes.
