JXCirrus CalCount is a free food and exercise diary application, specially designed for those of you who are in the process of losing weight, tracking your exercises, or just want to watch what you're eating.

JXCirrus CalCount is able to record all of the food that you eat in a day, generates a list of your preferred foods, calculates your ideal calorie range, calculates your ideal intake, records the speed, time, distance or repetitions for your exercises and records the exercise that you do each day, adjusting the total calories accordingly.
