Clipboard Viewer
Clipboard Viewer is a GUI (graphical user interface) to view the main clipboard, pictures and text will be displayed, you can also use it from the command-line, just type clipboardviewer --nogui and any text on the clipboard will be printed to stdout or if there is a pic on the board a file called "pastedimage.png" will be created in the current directory.

This is source only just unzip it cd into the unzipped directory and run:

./autogen.sh
make
sudo make install


A menu item will be put in the accessories menu called clipboard viewer.
