Bibliotehk is a program for reading documentation, reviews and tutorials, whether offline or online. The program uses the module QtWebKit the PyQt4 to reading the html files, with which the program works. Currently, the program is available only in Brazilian Portuguese and the documentation is linked to KDE 4.
Help the program with documentation, code and translations are always welcome.
The tarball contains deb files with the theme, content and program code separately.
Instructions to add and create content for the program are in the Knowledge Base page that KDE-Apps.
