ACQ4 is a sophisticated data acquisition and analysis utility designed with electrophysiology in mind. The system is highly modular and flexible, allowing it to be adapted to a wide range of problems, but is currently specialized to perform electrophysiology, fluorescence imaging, and glutamate uncaging.

ACQ4 handles all aspects of synchronizing ADC, camera, and other hardware to simplify the process of designing and executing recording protocols.
