WikEd is a WikiWiki plugin for the Vim editor. It does syntax highlighting, dynamic linking to WikiWords, and includes a wiki to HTML converter for remote reading.

The inventor describes it as follows:

"WikEd is a text-file based Wiki. Those people that hate web forms as an
editing environment can simply use their favourite editor, as long as it
supports tagging."
