As expected, the Community Edition includes fewer functionality when compared with the Ultimate Edition.
Currently, the IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate Edition is fully compatible with all GNU/Linux distributions, as well as with the Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows operating systems, supporting 32-bit and 64-bit computer platforms.
