COTE: Cryptonite One Terminal Edition is an open source extension for your Linux terminal, providing the ability to encrypt and decrypt a file with your own cryptological key, in order to forbid any unauthorized access to that file.
This software uses a cryptological key, which is a text file that you will have to generate by entering 32 lines of random text (all lines differing from each other). COTE will use this file to encrypt and decrypt your data accordingly.
