tidled is a Perl idle terminal monitor.

tidled is a simple daemon to monitor and kill terminal sessions that have been idle for too long. This is useful for clearing up processes that are left after a user has been ungracefully disconnected from a server.

Usage: tidled [-OPTIONS [-MORE_OPTIONS]] [--] [PROGRAM_ARG1 ...]

The following single-character options are accepted:

With arguments: -c
Boolean (without arguments): -d -n

Options may be merged together. -- stops processing of options.
Space is not required between options and their arguments.

For more details run:

perldoc -F ./tidled

[Now continuing due to backward compatibility and excessive paranoia. See ``perldoc Getopt::Std'' about $Getopt::Std::STANDARD_HELP_VERSION.]
unable to open /etc/tidled.conf
