    systuner description

    systuner is a performance tuning tool for generic FreeBSD setups.

    systuner is a (very) simple tool to unset Distribution-Defaults and tweak a server installation of FreeBSD by simple answer some y/n questions. Systuner checks only 9 basic performance tweaks atm, so stay tuned for new releases.

    systuner must run by root to set values in sysctl and loader.conf

    SYSTUNER IS PUBLISHED UNTER THE BDS LICENSE (rev)!

    Requirements:

    · c-compiler (gcc)



    Intsllation

    run build.sh and copy the binary "systuner" to a location of your choice or execute it.
