With this tool, you will be able to change the GRUB timeout (in seconds), the default operating system that will be booted, the number of kernels in the boot loader menu, enable or disable the boot option for the Memtest86+ utility and the Rescue mode, if exists.
In addition, it is also possible to change the boot display resolution (the maximum size depends on the maximum resolution supported by your monitor), modify the color depth (8, 16 and 24 bits), change the bootloader menu resolution (same as above), and create a rescue floppy disk.
You can also enable or disable the default boot splash screen (if exists), as well as to display or hide text during the boot process, which might be useful if you want to view various error or warning messages for a specific device or service. To save the changes, simple close the program by clicking on the "Close" button!

The program is written entirely in the Python programming language and uses the GTK+ GUI toolkit for the graphical user interface. it is available for download as a DEB file for various Ubuntu/Debian-based distributions, as well as a universal source archive that lets the user to configure, compile and install the application on any GNU/Linux operating system, as long as all requirements are met.
