    Splashy-TC description

    Splashy-TC is a tool for changing/installing Splashy themes.

    Splashy-TC is a tool for changing/installing Splashy themes.

    Splashy-TC has been part of *NixStyle-NG and is now split-off.

    It allows you to install splashy-themes from tar-archives, change the theme and optionally re-generate the initramfs.

    gksu is required for root-authentication.

    Requirements:

    · GTK+ version 2.10.x
    · Splashy
    · Python-gtk 2.4+
    · Python-glade 2.4+
    · Python 2.4+
    · gksu

    Installation:

    /configure to check deps

    (sudo/su -c) make install to install

    then run (any sudotool) splashy-tc or go to Menu -> Accessories -> Splashy-TC

    What's New in This Release:

    · added option for en/disabling very early bootsplash .... IF YOU CHANGE THIS, YOU HAVE TO REBUILD YOUR INITRAMFS!
