    treeutils are shell scripts for managing software packages installed from source distributions and binary tarballs.

    treeutils are shell scripts for managing software packages installed from source distributions and binary tarballs.

    Included are:

    - checktree checks for collisions before installing a tree
    - insttree installs a tree
    - removetree removes an installed tree
    - tgztree makes a tarball of an installed tree
