Ubuntulite is a group of light programs build on Ubuntu. Programs come from both the Ubuntu's repositories and Ubuntulite's repository.
Ubuntulite strives to make modern software available for older computers in an easy-to-use distribution while upholding the Ubuntu Code of Conduct and contributing back to the community.
While this is still subject to some change, Ubuntulite will come with: Openbox, ROX-Filer, fbpannel, GNUmeric, Kazehakase, Gaim, XMMS, Sylpheed, Abiword and mtpaint.
