PUD GNU/Linux LXDE Edition is an open source distribution of Linux that is based on the powerful Ubuntu operating system and provides users with a minimal desktop-oriented OS that uses the lightweight LXDE desktop environment.
Availability, supported architectures, supported languages, boot options
The distribution is available for download as a single Live CD ISO image, which can be written to a blank CD disc using any CD/DVD burning software, as well as a Live USB archive that be easily deployed to a USB flash drive of 512MB or bigger.
From the boot prompt, users can try the operating system without installing anything on their computers, using one of the provided options (English, Simplified Chinese or Traditional Chinese), as well as to start an existing operating system installed on the first disk drive.
