MobiLinux is an open source mobile Linux operating system based on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) ARMv7 build and designed to run on Android mobile phones.
MobiLinux is based on the linuxonandroid project, which is also available for download right here on Softpedia, yet highly modified to include the Xfce 4 desktop environment, support for DEB and RPM files, multiple desktops, and SD card caching for APT downloads.
The system includes a complete file manager, re-sizable images, changeable screen size, advanced boot script, full office suite and PDF viewer, GIMP image editor, Firefox and Chrome web browsers, RDP and VNC remote connection access apps, and X11 via VNC.

- 1 GHz CPU (dual-core or overclocked is recommended)
- 512 RAM on board (1GB is recommended)
