HoneyDrive For Linux

HoneyDrive is an open source software project, a virtual appliance based on the Xfce edition of the world’s most popular free operating system, Ubuntu, and designed from the ground up to act as a honeypot.

The product can be downloaded via Softpedia or directly from its official homepage (see link above) as a virtual appliance in the OVA (Open Virtualization Format) format.

The OVA image has approximately 3GB in size and can be imported in the Oracle VirtuaBox or VMWare Workstation virtualization software. It runs in 32-bit. At the login screen, use the Guest account to log into the graphical session.

being based on Xubuntu, the project features an astonishing graphical desktop environment powered by Xfce, which comprises of a top panel for quick access to pre-installed applications and a bottom panel for interacting with opened programs.
