ETIX is a Linux distribution with a Java flavour. It include Ede Desktop, JDK6, BlueJ, Siag Office, xpdf, xmms, dillo, and other light software.
It is intended for people who want to learn about Java and Java development.
ETIX is created from scratch and uses Linux Live Scripts to make ETIX become Live. ETIX tries to be simple, useful and beautiful.
ETIX include Kernel 2.6.23.8, JDK 6, BlueJ for learning about object oriented programming in java. ETIX use light desktop EDE. ETIX ISO just only 350 MB without NetBean and 430MB with NetBean.
