DingoPlus is a straight-forward remaster of Puppy Linux Dingo, customized for the Asus Eee PC!

It includes plenty of extra packages as well as all of the required Eeepc drivers. The wireless works straight out of the box, although you will have to load the Atl2 module if you want to use the wired ethernet. The brightness and wireless function keys work, but the volume and mute functions keys don't, but you can control the volume using the icon on the taskbar and I have installed xbindkeys if you want to set them up.

Significant additions include Open Office, Remote Desktop Client and Python/PyGtk programming facilities. For a full list of packages see the list below. I have not changed the look of Dingo as I think it looks great already and I do not want to take credit away from the original developers by rebranding it. It contains all of the applications I need at work and home, it will run in the RAM comfortably on any computer with 512Mb RAM and it will boot from USB flash drives, SD cards and hard drives.

I am now working on a DingoPlusPlus edition which will be 512mb and contain plenty of games!
