Clonezilla Live is a Debian-based specialist live CD with software that enables users to clone the content of hard disks.
Here are some key features of "Clonezilla LiveCD":
ˇ Free (GPL) Software.
ˇ Filesystem supported: ext2, ext3, reiserfs, xfs, jfs of GNU/Linux, and FAT, NTFS of M$ Windows. Therefore you can clone GNU/Linux or M$ windows.
ˇ Unlike G4U or G4L, in Clonezilla, only used blocks in harddisk are saved and restored. This increase the clone efficiency.
ˇ LVM2 under GNU/Linux is supported.
ˇ Unicast and multicast are supported in PXEBoot Clonezilla, which is suitalbe for massively clone. You can also remotely use it to save or restore a bunch of computers if PXE and Wake-on-LAN are supported in your clients.
ˇ A single machine clone system without installation, Clonezilla live, is also available.

ˇ Manpages and doc files of system commands were removed since most of the time we do not need that. Those doc can be easily found in any GNU/Linux box.
ˇ Package encfs was added.
ˇ Numlock is turned on by default.
ˇ An option to input ssh port number was added for sshfs mouting.
