Awesome Jessie For Linux

Awesome Jessie is a free and open source distribution of Linux based on the latest upstream release of the Debian GNU/Linux Jessie operating system and built around the awesome window manager, offering a perfect Debian-based OS for programmers and hardcore hackers.

The distribution can be downloaded from Softpedia or its official website (see link above) as a single Live DVD ISO images of approximately 1GB in size, which must be burned onto a blank DVD disc or written on a USB flash drive of 1GB or higher capacity in order to be booted from the BIOS of a PC. It supports both 64-bit and 32-bit instruction set architectures.

The Live DVD comes with an awesome boot prompt from where you can start the live environment with default boot options, in text-mode, without probing, without modeset, directly from RAM, start another OS with UnionFS, boot an existing operating system from the first disk, perform a system memory test, as well as to access a help menu.
