Anarchy Linux's goal is to provide a very lightweight version of Arch Linux that can be booted from a CD-ROM, a USB drive or a hard disk transparently. This distro will extend to the newest Linux user to the advanced user, with careful consideration of everyone.
Anarchy Linux is Pre-Alpha software and is for demonstration and testing purposes only! Please do not attempt to install this directly to your hard drive as this feature has not been completed as of yet!
The release was delayed a few days due to technical issues that had to be solved before releasing the distro.
You will need to burn this ISO image to a CD-RW or DVD-RW disc in order to be able to use it. Once you have burned the image you can boot it and choose from one of several options. You can also use a regular CD-R disc to burn Anarchy Linux but you won't be able to save sessions back to it. This is useful if you want to install it on USB keys or make copies for your friends to try it out.
This Pre-Alpha Release has three options to use:
1) LiveCD mode only
2) C2R or Copy to RAM
3) Live CD with Swap partition.
This works on USB too although it is called a live CD, a detailed guide on the wiki will be written soon. Please Comment on this release and tell us how can we improve it either by leaving a comment or on the forums.
