    Xtables-addons description

    The proclaimed successor to patch-o-matic(-ng)

    Xtables-addons is an open source utility that contains extensions, which were not accepted in the main Xtables package.

    Even if Xtables-addons is its successor, it is different from patch-o-matic. Meaning that the Xtables or kernel doesn't need recompiling or patching.
