UMTSmon is a tool to control and monitor a 3G (WCDMA, UMTS, HSDPA) card in a laptop. UMTSmon software handles PIN codes, operator choice (roaming), sending/receiving SMS, and the setup of the connection.

· This release contains greatly improved hardware support, notably for Huawei and Sierra Wireless devices, but most device types have seen improvements.
· There is also a new operator chooser wizard, and the UI has been improved to show more info.
· It also has statistics/warnings for both connection time and data limits, and comes with support for 8 languages: Brazilian Portuguese, Dutch, German, Italian, Norwegian Bokmal, Polish, Spanish, and English.
