pyctd is a XML-RPC service for monitoring and altering Netfilter connections for network admins.

It has the following functionnalities :

Connections listing (with byte rate of connections)
Entries removal
Modification of mark and timeout

pyctd is a free software released under GNU General Public License. Please see COPYING file for further informations.

Installation:

If you get pyctd with subversion or tarball, you will need to launch as super-user (eg. sudo) :

python setup.py install

Run:

Type pyctd -h for text about command usage.

What's New in This Release:

This release features filtering on an IP with a netmask, a pagination feature, a QoS feature, an I18N feature, presentation enhancements, security fixes, fixes for an endian issue, fixed Internet Explorer 7 compliance, a fix for a JavaScript bug in IP address checking, a fix for AD user displaying (truncating 'DOMAIN' to prevent from bad use of anti-slashes), and display of the username on authenticated UDP connections.
