GDU is equivalent to the 'du' command-line tool.

Â· an ANSI-compliant C compiler (GCC under GNU/Linux, HP ANSI-C under HP-UX)
Â· an ANSI-compliant C++ compiler (G++ under GNU/Linux, aCC under HP-UX)
Â· GTK+ 1.2 or later
First, you have to configure and compile GDU. Simply typing
will normally do a reasonable job.
The result can then be installed by typing
Hint: if you are using the GNU make (which is probably the case if you are
running GNU/Linux) and your system has several CPUs (say N) you can use
make -j< N+1 >
to speed up the compilation phase.
