Atratus is an open source software that provides a binary compatibility layer, enabling users to execute binaries built on Linux, on the Microsoft Window operating system.

The application is designed for Windows operating systems, but can also be compiled on Linux. It is comprised of a C library, a new dynamic loader, a Linux system call interface emulator and an ELF binary loader. It is compatible with the glibc library.
