What's New in This Release:

Luigi30 stamp now includes the date.
i18n/l10n support! Comes with English, German, Spanish, Finnish, Dutch and Swedish translations.
New option: --dont-prefix / -dp; suppresses the red "BLOAT: ".
Improved MIME-type detection.
Improved subdirectory detection/creation.
uz2 (Unreal Tournament 2003/4 compressed file) support.
Ace files can now use subdirectory checking.
Added 7-zip support.
You can now bloat any file in a .r[num][num] series of RAR files.
Various spelling fixes.
