you can save mountpoints for your volumes
you can use various formats for your volumes, such as ext2, ext3, reiserfs. However, usermount only works with fat-volumes.

Requirements:

truecrypt 4.3a
Kommander

Installation:

Run ./installer.sh as user (not root !) after unpacking the tarball.

truecrypt must be executed with root privileges for tcgui to work. To achieve this, add the following 2 lines to your /etc/sudoers

Defaults:youruser !syslog, !logfile
youruser localhost=NOPASSWD : /usr/bin/truecrypt

replace youruser with your username.

The first line will disable sudo logging for your user so your password will not be saved in a logfile.

What's New in This Release:

have made this POSIX compliant for Ubuntu users. Sorry, I was unaware that Ubuntu uses a different shell than bash ...
