Mobius Forensic Toolkit is an open-source set of forensic tools written in Python/GTK. It is application centered instead of being file centered, which means it gathers information throughout evidence disks and directories and shows it in an integrated way. Mobius Forensic Toolkit features an ICQ viewer/browser.
INSTALLATION:
As root, type:
python setup.py install
USAGE:
Run mobius_icq.py. Click on either "open" menu option or "open" toolbar and enter root directory (evidence "C:" or "/"). Mobius_icq will start scanning this directory, descending recursively, searching for ICQ artifacts.
