    PyMca description

    X-Ray Fluorescence Analysis Toolkit and Application

    Stand-alone application and Python tools for interactive and/or batch processing analysis of X-Ray Fluorescence Spectra. Graphical user interface (GUI) and batch processing capabilities provided.

    For its use as a library, it requires PyQt4, Numpy and PyQwt5. Matplotlib is recommended but not mandatory and h5py is needed for HDF5 format support.
