Vadi Mapper 1.0

Vadi Mapper is originally based on Whyte's IMapper. Besides keeping the features that were in the IMapper, it adds many new functions which add to the ease of traveling through Achaea, and help improve all aspects of geography.

· fixed the use of a scrying bowl
· reverted mapper aliases to be case sensitiv again, so you can overwrite them with uppercase commands. Arguments are still insensitive though
