Kalzium is an open source graphical application written in Qt and designed especially for the KDE Software Compilation desktop environment.

Kalzium displays some information about the periodic system of the elements, and features a versatile overview of all important data from the elements, such as melting points, electron negativity, electron affinity, electron configuration, mass, radii, and ionisation energy.

The software also features an utility to visualize the spectral lines of each elements, different colored views to the PSE, year simulator, temperature simulator, molecular weight calculator, an Isotopetable, a 3D molecule editor, an equation solver for stoichiometric problems, and much more.
