EUREEKA knowledge store, inference engine and scripts

eureeka is a proof-of-concept implementation of a novel AI theory of emergent knowledge processing and representation (i.e., meaningful automated representation and processing of noisy, possibly poorly structured knowledge coming from many resources with varyin relevance).
